Shipping & Returns

All correspondence on shipping and return should be emailed to info@kajallondon.com we will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

    Within the US, shipping is free for all orders.
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

    We will post your order within 24 hours after your order has been placed and after receiving your advance payment. Orders are shipped via USPS ground and will typically take 3-5 business days to reach you. If you would like expedited shipping please contact us via email at info@staging.kajallondon.com, and we will arrange this for you and inform you of the total cost.
  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    We currently only ship within the US and will start shipping worldwide soon. In the meantime, please email us with your country and we will let you know as soon as worldwide shipping is available.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right of return within 10 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange for frames of equivalent value. Please note that the majority of our products are one of a kind so a replacement may not always be available. You can return the item for a full refund as long as:
    • The item has been unused
    • All items including the case and cloth are returned
  • HOW DO I RETURN THE ITEM?

    E-mail us at info@staging.kajallondon.com with your original confirmation em-ail of purchase. Let us know the reason for return and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
    Ship the return with Return Authorization number clearly written on the box and include print out of your original confirmation email in the package. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.

  • HOW WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?

    We’ll refund you minus shipping charges (typically $10 or less) within 24 hours after your return has been received by us. We cannot process refunds if the items are not returned as described in our return policy - any costs incurred as a result will be deducted from the refund.
  • WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR THE ITEM IS DAMAGED?

    We take great care with all our vintage products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please email us within 5 days from delivery of your item (damage claims cannot be accepted after this time) and we will work with you to resolve the issue and send a replacement item if one is available or issue a refund with a reimbursement for shipping on receipt of the damaged item and we.
