  • Within the US, shipping is free for all orders.

    We will post your order within 24 hours after your order has been placed and after receiving your advance payment. Orders are shipped via USPS ground and will typically take 3-5 business days to reach you. If you would like expedited shipping please contact us via email at info@staging.kajallondon.com, and we will arrange this for you and inform you of the total cost.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right of return within 10 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange for frames of equivalent value. Please note that the majority of our products are one of a kind, so a replacement may not always be available. You can return the item for a full refund as long as:
    • The item has been unused
    • All items including the case and cloth are returned
  • HOW DO I RETURN THE ITEM?

    E-mail us at info@staging.kajallondon.com with your original confirmation email of purchase. Let us know the reason for return and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
    Ship the return with Return Authorization number clearly written on the box and include print out of your original confirmation email in the package. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.

  • HOW WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?

    We’ll refund you minus shipping charges (typically $10 or less) within 24 hours after your return has been received by us. We cannot process refunds if the items are not returned as described in our return policy - any costs incurred as a result will be deducted from the refund.
  • WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR THE ITEM IS DAMAGED?

    We take great care with all our vintage products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please email us within 5 days from delivery of your item (damage claims cannot be accepted after this time) and we will work with you to resolve the issue and send a replacement item if one is available or issue a refund with a reimbursement for shipping on receipt of the damaged item.   • WHAT CONDITION ARE THE VINTAGE PRODUCTS IN?

    All of our vintage collections are unused, unworn and in excellent condition.
  • ARE THE PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?

    Our team has handpicked the products from trusted suppliers. Every single product is 100% original from the 70s to the 90s and is manufactured in Europe, USA or Japan. We do not sell any replicas.
  • WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED WITH MY FRAMES?

    Your purchase will come with a Kajal London case which is handmade in London and a cleaning cloth, as well as instructions on how to care for your new frames.
  • WHAT KIND OF LENSES DO THE FRAMES/SUNGLASSES HAVE?

    All the frames come with clear demo lenses which you can easily replace with prescription lenses. All the sunglasses come with the original 100% UVA UVB protected lenses.
  • WHAT IF THE FRAMES DON’T FIT?

    Before making your purchase please refer to the sizing information on each product. We provide information on the width and height of the frame lens which you should compare to existing frames that fit you well. You always have 10 days in which to return your frames see our Return Policy for more information. Please note that most of our products only come in one standard size, so please check with us if there is availability in other sizes before returning.
    After purchase, we always recommend visiting a local optician to have the frame fully fitted and adjusted for you.
  • CAN I TRY THE FRAMES ON?

    We host pop up shops and events throughout the year in New York, London and LA where you can come and try on the frames. Please subscribe to our e-mail newsletter so you are kept informed of any upcoming events and email us for any specific product you would like to try on.
    Alternatively we also take private appointments at our office in Soho and Showroom in Brooklyn. Please email us at info@staging.kajallondon.com to schedule an appointment.
  • ARE YOU ABLE TO HELP ME CHOOSE THE BEST FRAME FOR ME?

    Yes! We are always on hand to help you choose the best frame please email us at info@staging.kajallondon.com.
  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

    We accept all major credit cards and paypal payments. All payments are processed securely via a third party payment provider. We do not have access to your credit card details at any time nor keep them on file.
